Description :	Phylactère polylobé à 4 grands lobes séparés par 4 plus petits qui encadrent un médaillon circulaire au centre duquel se trouve la dent de saint Maclou, visible dans un fenêtre allongée. Surface en filigrane et grènetis. Verroteries montés en bâtes, pied en cuivre.
