Historique :	La statue était auparavant placée à l'extérieur de la chapelle, dans une fausse grotte de Lourdes.

Précision sur_l'état :	La main gauche et le bras droit du Christ sont cassés (cassure récente). Les morceaux du bras sont dans un sac posé à côté de la statue. La main droite faisait partie du socle, et reste donc en place. Le genou droit du Christ est endommagé. Bordure du voile cassé. Traces de coulures de ciment gris sur la tête de la Vierge. Quelques autres morceaux sont brisés ou se sont effrités. Perte généralisée de la polychromie, traces de surpeints, a servi de cible de tir, anciens fers de goujonnage. Traces d'ocrage recouvertes par une peinture grise contemporaine.£
